Reservation could be made in aticipation, requieres a deposit and security of $ 500.00 wich will be deducted from your stay.
In the past I had people reserve the unit and never showed up. causing losses for us and other persons who wanted it at the time.
The unit include power, water and cable services. No pets, sorry.
